Mini Beef 706 Feeder Calf to Boxed Beef
The videos in this channel take seven feeder calves from the livestock market auction through the feedyard and to the packinghouse. Viewers will learn about how value is determined from the time the calf leaves the ranch to the time it is fabricated into boxed beef. These calves were originally purchased for a full Beef 706 program conducted at Texas A&M University. If you are interested in attending a regular Beef 706, contact Jason Bagley at the Texas Beef Council 512-335-2333.
